On or around July 17, a minimum security prison in Miami, Florida will release a rather unusual inmate. Peter Navarro is a former senior US government official. He has a new book that will come out the same week he becomes a free man. He plans to speak at the Republican Party National Convention, which will also occur that week. And he may again be a senior US official a few months from now.
Donald Trump, the president whom Navarro previously served, recently said “I would absolutely have Peter back.”
