The robots are coming - how is the Asian workforce adapting?

It's no news that the world of jobs is being disrupted.

Let's start with some numbers: By 2030, independent, rather than salaried workers in developed countries may perform 50 per cent or more of all jobs. This means that the traditional approach to organising labour markets, based on organisations called firms that distribute tasks and coordinate output, is going to be transformed.
