Queueing has been in the news recently, no thanks to the crowd that waited hours to get their hands on the MoonSwatch collection - a collaboration by watchmakers Omega and Swatch.
A video of a man lashing out at police officers who were dispatched to control the crowd outside the Swatch store at Ion Orchard went viral.
