Young Singaporeans will want a different city

A new generation will have different ideas from their parents on work, play and life

When I first heard the proposal that Singapore's port should move westwards to Jurong, away from the city centre where it occupied valuable land, I thought how ridiculous it was.

Only a foreigner would dare make such a radical but stupid suggestion.
