At almost 2m tall, Mr John Donahoe would be a towering figure in any crowd, except perhaps amid a pack of NBA basketballers.

Add in that he is the former president and chief executive officer of Bain & Co and eBay and currently chairs the management board of PayPal aside from his full time job as chief executive officer of cloud company ServiceNow, and you know this is one man worth listening to, and carefully.
