Singapore's post-summit role as platform for economic exchanges

Two South Korean tourists hopped on our bumboat as Choson Exchange took our delegation of 10 North Koreans on a cruise down the Singapore River.

Choson Exchange is a Singapore-based organisation that for over 10 years has used volunteers to train over 100 North Koreans in Singapore and more than 2,000 in North Korea in economic policy, business and law.
