"Take off your shoes and stand on the chair," the Indian New Yorker in a grey jacket with a peach pocket square said to me.

We had just addressed a round-table of about 35 editors and senior journalists from across Asia at the Asia Journalism Forum, and social media guru Sree Sreenivasan wanted to cap it with a wefie of the group. The best way to shoot such a picture is, of course, by standing on a chair, stretching out your arm and snapping.
