Top brass must get down to brass tacks and study feedback from national servicemen and parents

It has been almost two weeks since actor Aloysius Pang's unexpected death in a training accident during his reservist stint.

The outpouring of national grief has died down somewhat, and so has the outrage/anger/worry/concern - take your pick, it ran the full range of emotions - over why and how it happened.
