There is a certain wrong-headedness in the discourse surrounding Manchester City’s culpability in the biggest cheating scandal in Premier League history.
Perhaps that is because much of the punditry originates in Britain, and the subject is simply too close to the analyst. Simply put, a bigger picture is being missed.
