JC International Airlines, Lanmei Airlines, West Air and Regent Airways: Singapore residents are a well-travelled bunch but many have probably never heard of these airlines.

The first two are Cambodian. They started flying to Changi Airport earlier this year but pulled out after just a few months, citing the inability to compete effectively, among other reasons.
