Reddit posts and lamp posts: New age of engaging citizens

When a complaint on Reddit draws an official response, and the Government has its own TikTok channel, you know the state is venturing into scrappier social media platforms to reach out to the younger generation

Earlier this month, a transgender student's claim of discrimination over access to medical care drew a response from the Ministry of Education (MOE).

What I found interesting was that the complaint had first popped up on Reddit, a platform that usually doesn't feature government comment or action.
