Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's first few days in office have been low-key, and Pakatan Harapan's (PH) drumbeat for a motion of no-confidence in Parliament was muffled by the new Prime Minister's decision to move the next sitting of the Lower House from March 9 to May 18.
