Pakistan PM's peace overtures deserve a chance

I have long admired Mr Imran Khan as a cricketer and a leader on the sports field - he was Pakistan's inspirational cricket captain who, at the age of 39, led his team to victory in the World Cup in 1992.

Now, as a relatively new Prime Minister of Pakistan, elected last August, he is showing signs of bringing a long-absent maturity to his country's politics and, more importantly, to its perennially troubled relationship with India.
