SINGAPORE – For a while, my Instagram feed was filled with content of immaculate Singapore homes.
I admired artfully styled “shelfies”, designer sofas and open pantries in beautifully renovated HDB flats, scrutinising every post to find out where their owners bought their furniture, which appliances were the most aesthetically pleasing and how they kept typically unsightly things neatly under control.
