By now, you would have read about the "$1.5 million condo man" who got rather worked up over a $10 guest car parking fee.

The saga blew up over the Deepavali weekend after a video showing Mr Erramalli Ramesh lashing out and swearing at security officer Steven Heng went viral. Mr Erramalli, 44, went on a tirade after he was told his guests had to pay a $10 fee to park after 11pm at the Eight Riversuites condominium in Whampoa. He was caught on video yelling: "I buy your ****ing property for $1.5 million. This is $1.5 million you know?"
