On April 8, Mr Tan Kiat How posted a photo of himself with his son Isaac, who is 20 months old. The toddler lay back in a stroller with eyes closed, looking tired, as the father looked at him fondly with concern.
In the post that went with the photo, Mr Tan, who is an MP for East Coast GRC, wrote that the child had exhausted himself crying.
