Whenever I have given feedback on traffic issues, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) has not only responded quickly, but also resolved the issue swiftly.
This is highly laudable, knowing how many transport problems it has to handle across our island. What Singapore Airlines exemplifies in the skies, LTA does on land.
As a Singaporean, this makes me proud because I have been to countries where the traffic is chaotic and nobody seems to care.
I want to thank the entire LTA team and encourage them to keep up the good work. I hope other organisations, both public and private, follow LTA’s example of responding to feedback and acting promptly on it.
