Despite all the digital and tech advancements, why is it that people with long names still can’t use the self-check-in machines at Changi Airport?
My wife’s full name on her passport has 23 characters, which appear to be too many for the self-check-in software to handle, so she is always instructed to check in at the counter.
I am aware from others that my wife is not alone in her predicament. Can nothing be done to solve this problem?
