I would like to commend the team behind the OneService app for the swift and effective handling of a municipal issue I recently reported.
After submitting my concerns via the app, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which action was taken.
Not only was the matter resolved quickly, but I also received a follow-up phone call to check if I was satisfied with the outcome. This personal touch shows a commendable level of commitment to public service and feedback.
It is heartening to see such responsiveness and efficiency in a government platform. The OneService app is a valuable tool that lets residents participate in the upkeep of their neighbourhoods, and I am grateful for the facility and the team’s dedication.
