Forum: Heavy vehicles seen with obscured licence plates

I often encounter heavy vehicles with obscured licence plates or faulty lights.
In some cases, the licence plates are blatantly positioned lower, behind the mandatory crash bar, to obscure them from view.
I have submitted photographic evidence of such illegal modifications to the Land Transport Authority (LTA) portal, but continue to see such vehicles on the road.
Should LTA have stronger enforcement action and also raise penalties against companies for blatant modifications in their fleet?
