Volunteers have been deployed at community clubs and other places to help vulnerable groups, especially seniors, use mobile apps. This is laudable, and the scheme should be expanded.

Some seniors may need guidance in using their laptops to run programmes and browse the Internet. Could these volunteers help with that too?

It would go a long way to help seniors who are grappling with digitalisation to tackle day-to-day matters.
