Forum: Add multi-language support for SimplyGo app

I refer to the Forum letter “Bloobin AI chatbot helpful, but can be more inclusive, accessible” (Nov 7).
The call for additional language options in public service apps, particularly to support senior users, is pertinent. Many public apps already offer multi-language support, yet SimplyGo lacks this feature – despite being essential for public transport users.
A monolingual interface excludes non-English-speaking users and undermines efforts to promote SimplyGo’s benefits.
Allowing users to switch to any one of Singapore’s four official languages would greatly enhance its accessibility and inclusivity.
