The so-called Great Resignation in fact affects only about 2 per cent of employees expected to change jobs this year. What of the rest? They should aim for the Great Refresh to see their jobs in a new light.

This week marks the 31st anniversary of my career as a journalist. Yes, 31 years. And after all that time, I still love what I do.
So when I read reports predicting that 2022 and the post-pandemic world will see multitudes of people change jobs in the Great Resignation, I think how much of an outlier my experience is.
