According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), more than 10 million terrified people, as of this writing, have fled their homes in Ukraine in the days since the war there began.
Of these, four million have left their homeland for neighbouring countries. These numbers rise by the hour. Of those internally displaced, more than half are vulnerable women, many pregnant or disabled, whose men are on the battlefield, fighting for their country.
