Even as much of life in Singapore resumes in a carefully controlled way and there is a semblance of normalcy, most of us will agree Covid-19 will continue to cast a long shadow for much of this year.

One sector that has been upended in many countries is arts and culture. Globally, performing arts centres and museums are facing reduced capacities and tight restrictions, or even temporarily shuttered. Large-scale events such as outdoor concerts have also been curtailed.
