It’s that time of the year, when Singapore embarks on its annual parliamentary debate to discuss the Government’s policy priorities and spending for the coming year.

After a debate on the Budget statement,

announced on Feb 16 by Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Lawrence Wong

, individual ministers will take to the lectern in Parliament House to run through their ministries’ plans and respond to the cuts – or questions – filed by backbenchers.
