We settled down at the end of yoga class for shavasana, or the corpse pose. Lying still in the darkened studio, I let my body go limp, and soon, tears rolled down my face to the mat.

I so love these few minutes of doing almost nothing in this resting pose just breathing and relaxing – that I began tagging it to other exercises (after a long walk, why not lie in the grass and get a few ant bites?).
