I recently returned from a work trip to Stockholm, Sweden and while it was a short time away, I still found myself having to adjust when I got back to the office right after the trip. It can be very jarring to return to the office more often than what we’ve come to expect from post-pandemic norms. Yet, this is what more big-name employers are asking staff to do, although enforcing this can be tricky. Can you get in trouble for not adhering to these new directives? My colleague Sharon Salim looks into these and more.
