I recently returned from a work trip to Stockholm, Sweden and while it was a short time away, I still found myself having to adjust when I got back to the office right after the trip. It can be very jarring to return to the office more often than what we’ve come to expect from post-pandemic norms. Yet, this is what more big-name employers are asking staff to do, although enforcing this can be tricky. Can you get in trouble for not adhering to these new directives?
