In this age of CGI, you can plonk real people into imagined sceneries to dramatic effect with a couple of clicks of the mouse.

But Moscow-based photographer Darya Kondratyeva goes old school to create her gorgeous fairytale-like pictures - she uses trained animals.

In her photos. models dressed as witches, princesses and other characters cavort with bears, reindeer, owls and wolves in scenes that appear to come straight out of a storybook.
