In today's News In A Minute, we look at:

* A 13-metre tall timber tree dedicated to Mr Lee Kuan Yew was planted at Gardens by the Bay's Golden Garden near the main entrance this morning.

* It is a no from Mr Lawrence Wong, Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, who has turned down a call to allow Singaporeans to display the national flag outside their homes on Sunday.

* All train services, both MRT and LRT, will operate overnight on Friday, at frequencies of up to 20 minutes, for members of the public who wish to pay their last respects to the late Mr Lee Kuan Yew at Parliament House.
