SINGAPORE - Get the latest news and updates on The Straits Times' News Night.

This weeknight news show offers a round-up of the day's top news as well as what's trending online and on social media.

Presented by multimedia journalists Dylan Ang and Cheow Sue-Ann, it airs live at 9pm on ST's Facebook, YouTube and Twitter channels.

Several professional gamers here have been banned for match-fixing and betting against their own team in a regional tournament held last year. It is the first known case of e-sports match-fixing in Singapore.

Also tonight, welcome news for travellers to Singapore. From 11.59pm on Wednesday, those arriving from high-risk countries or regions will serve a shorter stay-home notice of 14 days instead of 21 days. They must self-administer an antigen rapid test on the third, seventh and eleventh day after arriving.
