Smoke rising at the site of a blast in a factory in Huantai, a county in Zibo city, in China's Shandong province. The explosion, which occurred on Saturday night, ripped through a chemical plant, killing one person and injuring nine, China's official Xinhua news agency said, less than two weeks after two deadly blasts destroyed a warehouse storing chemicals in Tianjin.
