The Singapore Garden Festival is back and will be open to the public from 23 to 31 July. Now into its sixth instalment, the biennial event brings together award winning garden and floral designers from around the world. This year's creations will include a showcase of over 400 orchids in the Flower Dome, cut-flower displays by designers from around the world, balcony garden ideas for small homes and apartments, and many more displays. Tickets can be purchased online, at Singapore Botanic Gardens or Gardens by the Bay. The Straits Times takes a look at what goes on behind-the-scenes during the set-up for the Festival.
