It was a night of sparkle, stunning stage sets and superb voice talent at the final of the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday (May 13). The annual competition was held in Kiev, Ukraine, this year with 40 participant nations. In the end, it was a quiet love ballad titled Amar Pelos Dois, sung in Portuguese by Salvador Sobral, 27, that emerged as the winner. The song, which translates as For The Both Of Us, won top marks from televoters and the countries' professional juries, and is Portugal's first victory in the competition's history.
