In Pictures: Dog owners in Tel Aviv receive special Digi-Dog cards

Tel Aviv is home to 25,000 registered dogs, and the ratio of dogs to humans (1:17), is considered one of the highest in the world. The Tel Aviv municipality has launched a special card for dog owners called 'Digi-Dog'. The card gives dog owners access to veterinary services, special activities, gardens and directions to the nearest beaches for dogs.
