The 70th annual Directors' Guild of America handed its awards out on Saturday (Feb 3) evening at Los Angeles' Beverly Hilton Hotel. Director Guillermo del Toro won for Outstanding Achievement in Feature Film for The Shape Of Water, which makes him a frontrunner for the Oscar for Best Director this year.
