Singapore - V Dining is one of the most discreet restaurants I've dined at. It is located in a corner on the third floor of Scotts Square and the only sign of its existence from the outside is a logo on the wall - an inverted sprig of two cherries forming the letter V.
There is a small reception desk, but no one is manning it when I arrive. I would not have known there is a restaurant there if I had not been aware of it. It is almost as though the restaurant does not want your business.
