SINGAPORE - When Ms Amanda Koh teaches a yoga session at the Bali Spirit Festival, it is part class, part performance. Hundreds of students line rainbow rows of yoga mats, moving in unison. The open-air, thatched shelter surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation buzzes with energy.
