Located on the eastern side of the Tibetan plateau, Qinghai Lake is the largest saline lake in China. With scenic landscapes and interesting animals, it is also a popular spot for cycling enthusiasts.

It is the third day of my five-day, 350km ride around China's largest lake - which covers an area more than six times of Singapore - and I finally get to see the scenery I was promised.
