WHO: Mr Nicholas Cheong, 33, is the vice-president of business development in the consumer real estate services division of Bank of the West, part of French banking group BNP Paribas. He and his American wife Charity have a four-year-old son, Byron. Mr Cheong moved to Denver in the United States in January 2011 after finishing graduate school in Western New York to be closer to his wife's family.
