When Ms Amanda Koh teaches a yoga session at the Bali Spirit Festival, it is part class, part performance. Hundreds of students line rainbow rows of yoga mats, moving in unison. The open-air, thatched shelter surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation buzzes with energy.
The annual festival, which first took place in 2008, is one of many wellness events around the world attracting participants with a slew of feel-good offerings.
