Royal Caribbean ushers in a new era of dining on-board the Quantum of the Seas with its new 'Dynamic Dining' culinary experience. Reimagined to give guests more distinct options and total flexibility, there are no set dinner times and no required formal nights. Quantum of the Seas provides guests with a landscape of 18 restaurant concepts as vast and varied as dining in the world's most cosmopolitan cities.
Guest are able to choose from five complimentary, full service restaurants such as American Icon Grill, Chic, Silk, The Grande and Coastal Kitchen. All five options provide their own distinctive cuisine and immersive ambience which will give guests a more intimate and varied dining experience every night on their cruise.
Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas also provides next-level speciality dining best known for its quality, presentation and service. Restaurants such as Michael's Genuine Pub, Devinly Decadence and Wonderland by award-winning chefs like Michael Schwartz, Devin Alexander and Cornelius Gallagher respectively as well as the first-at-sea outpost of Jamie's Italian, helmed by English celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, are also available on-board to tantalise tastebuds. Other speciality dining options include Wonderland at Solarium Bistro as well as the revamped versions of Royal Caribbean favourites like Chops Grille steakhouse, Izumi Japanese Cuisine and Chef's Table.
Guests who prefer a more laidback and casual approach to dining can also enjoy numerous options of complimentary come-as-you-are eateries. Some examples include Windjammer Marketplace, The Cafe@Two70, SeaPlex Dog House, Sorrento's, Cafe Promenade and Johnny Rockets. All these choices are open 24 hours a day to provide guests with round-the-clock service.
Complementing all the fine culinary choices on board the Quantum of the Seas is also the brand new smart reservation system. Royal Caribbean has developed a planning tool that provides guests full control and flexibility to shape their entire culinary journey.
