SCOOT'S NEW NON-STOP FLIGHTS

Scoot has announced new non-stop flights to Harbin and Sapporo for the winter season. Harbin, known for its annual International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival held in January, is the capital of Heilongjiang, China's most north-eastern province. Heaps of snow and its historic influence of Russian culture have made it a unique destination for winter travellers.

Scoot's Singapore-Harbin route will be serviced by the 787 Dreamliner thrice a week from Dec 1 to March 23 next year.

Scoot has been flying to Sapporo for more than a year, but existing services are routed via Taipei.

From Nov 3, the airline is adding one non-stop Singapore-Sapporo flight a week, and will add another non-stop flight a week from Dec 3.

The route will be serviced by the 787 Dreamliner on a seasonal basis until Feb 11 next year.
