Shangri-La hotel deals
The Shangri-La-owned Hotel Jen is offering up to 30 per cent discount at 10 properties in China, the Maldives, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore.
The offer ends on Sept 30 and travellers must stay at least two nights to qualify for the special rates.
At Hotel Jen Upper East Beijing, for example, a superior room is now 600 yuan (S$140) on Mondays to Thursdays, down from 800 yuan. Prices exclude a 15 per cent service charge.
Members of the Golden Circle, Shangri-La's reward programme, will also earn an additional 1,000 points for stays at three to four hotels owned by the Shangri-La Group, or 5,000 points for stays at five or more hotels. The booking and staying period is until Oct 11.

Luxury tasting tour
The Opulence Lifestyle Group has launched The Connoisseurs Tour, a three-night weekend package with premium whisky, craft beer and cigar tastings in Samujana Villa Estate in Koh Samui, Thailand.
The group is partnering premium liquor manufacturer William Grant & Sons Distillers, whose brands include Glenfiddich and The Balvenie, and the ChindAsia Group, importers of cigars from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The tour costs US$3,300 (S$4,580) a person.

Small Luxury Hotels of the World has launched four health and wellness properties in Europe: Miramonti Boutique Hotel and Hotel La Coluccia in Italy, Wellnesshotel Golf Panorama in Switzerand and Boutique Hotel Alhambra on the island of Losinj in Croatia.

Private island getaway
Luxury private island resort Song Saa in Cambodia has brought back its "Stay 4 Pay 3" deal, which is valid till Dec 21.
The supplementary charges for children under 18 will be waived. Guests also have unlimited access to house wines and spirits, beers and non-alcoholic drinks, and free usage of kayaks, sailing boats and snorkelling gear.
