NEW PAN PACIFIC HOTEL IN VIETNAM
Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts is opening its first hotel in Vietnam in October. Formerly the Sofitel Plaza Hanoi, the 273-room, 56- serviced suite Pan Pacific Hanoi is located in the central West Lake location near the historic Old Quarter and business district.
It will be the Pan Pacific Hotels Group's second property in Vietnam after the award-winning Parkroyal Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City.

Singapore-based hotel group SilverNeedle has opened a new Sage Hotel in West Perth. The centrepiece of the 101-room, A$35-million (S$35.1-million) development is a 1902 heritage-listed, black-and- white family residence which, for many years, has housed the city's famed Julio's Italian restaurant. Now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the iconic restaurant has been renovated and the building restored to highlight its historic design features.
