Comics museums have sprung up around the world and they appeal to the young and young at heart

Children stream around me, laughing with gusto. We are in a museum, a place typically designed for the silent, reserved appreciation of art, antiquities or artefacts.

Yet nobody is trying to quieten these rambunctious kids. That's because The Belgian Comic Strip Center is a museum for the young and the young at heart.
