YVES ROCHER'S SHAMPOO GIVEAWAY
In celebration of International Women's Day, which falls on next Tuesday, French beauty brand Yves Rocher is giving away 2,000 full-sized (200ml) tubes of its non- foaming cleansing cream Low Shampoo (worth $15) to Straits Times readers.
The cream does not contain sulfate, a chemical component in regular shampoo which creates the foaming effect.
The brand claims that the chemical can damage the natural protective film of the hair and make it dry.
Low Shampoo also does not contain any colorants, silicone or parabens. Instead, it uses cleansing agents and hair conditioner to clean, detangle and soften hair.

ION ORCHARD REFRESHED
Some tenants at Ion Orchard have expanded their boutiques as part of the mall's expansion and refreshment plans.
The mall now boasts duplex stores for luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Tiffany & Co, Prada, Louis Vuitton and Dior. Other brands such as Saint Laurent, Diane von Furstenberg and Miu Miu have also moved into bigger premises.
There are also plans for multi- brand beauty retailer Sephora to move from its ground-level location to basement two in late July.
RIHANNA'S NEW SNEAKERS
Pop star Rihanna's The Trainer sneaker under her Fenty label with German athletic brand Puma has arrived in Singapore.
The functional workout sneaker features an all-new Puma silhouette, with an upper section constructed from Ariaprene for a secure and breathable fit, full- length flex groove and additional heel thickness to support fast and multi-directional movements.
Available in black, white or red, the sneaker costs $289 and only 30 pairs are available in Singapore at the Puma VivoCity store (VivoCity, 02-15/16, tel: 6376-8090).
URBAN DECAY COLLABORATES WITH GWEN STEFANI
American singer and songwriter Gwen Stefani has collaborated with cult make-up brand Urban Decay to create a limited-edition make-up collection.
An eyeshadow palette ($85) containing 15 shades, chosen by Stefani, from the UDxGwen collaboration has been in stores since late last year. A blush palette ($78), lipsticks ($33), lip pencils ($32) and a brow box ($48) has joined the line-up to complete the collection.
They are available from today at Sephora stores islandwide, as well as Urban Decay stores at 01-13 VivoCity and 01-16 Bugis Junction.
