The Burberry Conservatory pop-up opens here

The Burberry Conservatory, a travelling pop-up dedicated to the British luxury fashion house's new Belt Bag, has arrived in Singapore after stops in Dubai and Seoul.

The 258 sq ft space at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, inspired by an English greenhouse, will be open till July 8. Admission is free.

It features 17 limited-edition Belt Bags in medium and small sizes ($3,290 to $3,950) in a range of colours with rainbow belts or equestrian knight embroidery.

Shoppers can customise their bags with interchangeable belts with rainbow and grommet details ($480 to $1,120), which can be purchased separately. The bags can also be monogrammed.

The Belt Bag debuted at Burberry's show in London in February. The leather piece, which has an oversized belt that wraps around the bag, is inspired by the Burberry trench coat.

Besides the Belt Bag, the temporary space also features a new collection of the label's Pin Clutch ($2,190 to $2,290), which is available in four limited-edition colours and equestrian knight embroidery.

The Burberry Conservatory is located at B2-75-78, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 2 Bayfront Avenue, and is open from 10.30am to 11pm daily.

Laneige lipsticks inspired by stained-glass look

South Korean beauty label Laneige has created a new line of tinted lipsticks that are inspired by glistening stained-glass windows.

The Stained Glasstick, available in 10 jewel-like shades, creates a glowy and translucent look on the lips with a plump and glossy finish.

To create a brighter and richer colour, the lipstick's formula has a dye layer that tints the lips with a base colour, as well as a pigment layer which helps to reflect light and add dimension and vividness to the lips.

The lipsticks, which come with a fresh and fruity-floral scent, also contain a blend of oils which the label says help to nourish and moisturise lips.

Shades include Fuchsia Ruby, a bright pink purple colour; Mandarin Garnet, a subtle orange shade; and Peach Moonstone, a light pink colour.

The Laneige Stained Glasstick ($34) is available at all Laneige boutiques and counters, as well as online at www.lazada.sg.
