Step up for better sleep

New study shows the more steps people accumulated, the higher their sleep quality, so walk on

University in Waltham, Massachusetts, volunteers who moved more reportedly slept better. Their average step count
was about 7,000 a day, which is a little more than 4.8km a day of walking.
