When most shoppers think of the Central Business District (CBD), retail therapy is not the first thing that springs to mind.

The financial district empties out during the weekend so shopper footfall is sparse, along with the buzz. And on weekdays, the crowd gravitates to food-and-beverage outlets rather than the shopping experience.
